Where to Buy Film in Singapore

Besides those photoshops at the malls, did you know that there are other places that you can buy film from? And, the last time we checked, you can get a better deal at these other places too! Save your money and get an even wider selection of films to choose from our list of the 4 best places to buy your film from in Singapore (tip: the film prices at place number 3 is even cheaper than Taobao!)

 

1. Riceball Photo

Located conveniently near City Hall, Riceball Photo carries a good selection of film. From common films like Kodak Gold and Colourplus to uncommon films like Cinestill 800, you can definitely find a film that you like here. Riceball Photo also carries a wide range of camera accessories as well, making it a great place to stock up on accessories such as shutter buttons for your camera gear.

Along with Riceball Photo, Ruby Photo is another place you have to visit to buy your film. They have stock films such as Kodak Gold and Colourplus. They are also the only place in Singapore that sells bulk rolls.

3. Whampoa Colour Centre

Whampoa Colour Centre (or known as WCC) is a one-stop shop for all film photography lovers. Not only do they sell popular film like Kodak Gold and Ultramax, but they also do film development as well. This is the cheapest place in Singapore to buy film, and it is even cheaper than Taobao! Plan your next visit to Whampoa Colour Centre to get your film and development fix.

4. Carousell

If you are looking for a good bargain, Carousell is the place to be. You can find a range of films for sale on Carousell, from stock film to rare film and even expired film! You also can negotiate prices for certain sellers, so don’t forget to ask for a discount when you buy so you can get the best deal.
